“ I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and it's beautiful inside. My husband and I noticed some scratches along the sides like somebody keyed the car, a few scuffs on the bumpers and the wheel had some scrapes on it. We were told that they would buff out The scratches and make it look nice. I brought it back in and they gave me a loaner. A week and a half later I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they couldn't get the scratches out. Why would they promise that? I know if they sent it to a regular body shop there could be something done. I would have never purchased the car if they hadn't made that promise! I'm waiting for the manager to call me to see if we can rectify this problem ”

I was advised by Napleton Nissan to take it to a certified Kia dealership. I was then told by the Kia dealership that at the time of purchase, the incorrect battery style had been placed in the car per the manufacturer instructions and was told to practically figure it cause at the time of sale no codes were thrown. “ Will NEVER buy another car here again! They sold me a car that has a lien from the previous owner, they knew about it and did not inform me of this when I bought the car. Then when I went to go plate my car at the BMV I wasn’t able to and that’s when I found out they “didn’t finish their paperwork” and I gave them a call about what happened at the BMV. That is when they told me about the lien! They have been unprofessional this whole time. Seems like I have to keep reaching out to them to get updates when this is their fault! ”
“ I purchased a 2023 used Nissan Rogue. I didn't want to purchase it at first because it had some scratches on it like it had been keyed. Rick promised after having the guys buff out a portion of it, that it could be buffed out in their shop and to bring it back on the Monday after the purchase. I brought it back The following Monday and they gave me a rental. They kept my car for a week and a half and called and said it was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, there was nothing done to it they said they tried to buff it out and those were not coming out. We checked the whole car, and the scuffs on the bumper and the key scratches were still there. The car hadn't even been washed. I believe that they just wanted the car off the lot and I was the one that had to get it. I also had to purchase and an extended warranty, as they did not offer that. I am not happy with the service I received. They could have sent it out to a body shop and had them work with it but they didn't. They called today and are offering me a paint pen so that I can take care of the marks. I will now be taking it to a body shop. Unfortunately I will still have to deal with it Napleton Nissan because I bought a service package also. I believe I spent a lot of money there and I should have had better service. ”

I went to go plate my car and the bmv told me the dealership didn’t finish their end of paperwork. So I called them may 6th, and that is when they told me that they cannot transfer the registration and title because there’s a lien from the previous owner! So they knew the day I bought the car that there was a lien and they never told me until may 6th when I CALLED THEM! They’ve gave me a 2nd paper plate and told me they were trying to solve the problem and keep me updated. They have failed to do their part on keeping me updated and I have to reach out each time I want to know what’s going on! They’re pathetic. And I will never go there again!
