Then when I went to go plate my car at the BMV I wasn’t able to and that’s when I found out they “didn’t finish their paperwork” and I gave them a call about what happened at the BMV. That is when they told me about the lien! They have been unprofessional this whole time. Seems like I have to keep reaching out to them to get updates when this is their fault! ”

I went to go plate my car and the bmv told me the dealership didn’t finish their end of paperwork. So I called them may 6th, and that is when they told me that they cannot transfer the registration and title because there’s a lien from the previous owner! So they knew the day I bought the car that there was a lien and they never told me until may 6th when I CALLED THEM! They’ve gave me a 2nd paper plate and told me they were trying to solve the problem and keep me updated. They have failed to do their part on keeping me updated and I have to reach out each time I want to know what’s going on! They’re pathetic. And I will never go there again!
