Had one minor hiccup - Forgot to reinstall my antenna after washing. Returned, explained, no questions asked antenna was reinstalled, and Gavin even apologized for the inconvenience. “ If you are contemplating getting a vehicle from here, I’d think twice. I purchased a preowned Kia. At around 10,000 miles, I started to get codes that come and go. I was advised by Napleton Nissan to take it to a certified Kia dealership. I was then told by the Kia dealership that at the time of purchase, the incorrect battery style had been placed in the car per the manufacturer instructions and was told to practically figure it cause at the time of sale no codes were thrown. “ Will NEVER buy another car here again! They sold me a car that has a lien from the previous owner, they knew about it and did not inform me of this when I bought the car. Then when I went to go plate my car at the BMV I wasn’t able to and that’s when I found out they “didn’t finish their paperwork” and I gave them a call about what happened at the BMV. That is when they told me about the lien! They have been unprofessional this whole time. Seems like I have to keep reaching out to them to get updates when this is their fault! ”

I went to go plate my car and the bmv told me the dealership didn’t finish their end of paperwork. So I called them may 6th, and that is when they told me that they cannot transfer the registration and title because there’s a lien from the previous owner! So they knew the day I bought the car that there was a lien and they never told me until may 6th when I CALLED THEM! They’ve gave me a 2nd paper plate and told me they were trying to solve the problem and keep me updated. They have failed to do their part on keeping me updated and I have to reach out each time I want to know what’s going on! They’re pathetic. And I will never go there again!
