Outfitted with the standard Safety Shield® 3601, drivers can benefit from standard Rear Cross Traffic Alert2, which is designed to detect cars passing behind your Nissan Murano and tell you to stop. Driving in crowded downtown areas requires intense attention, and the standard Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection3 provides another level of protection by halting the SUV if a person suddenly walks into your path. Being a thoughtful pilot is simple with the standard Auto High Beam Assist, which turns down those illuminators when another car is approaching, so you don’t inadvertently make it harder for others to see.

All five seats in the 2025 Nissan Murano are designed to create an oasis from the busy world that you pass on travels in Highland. The standard TailorFit® leatherette upholstery is a premium material that increases comfort while enhancing the car’s interior design. That component produces 241 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, enough to provide a 1,500-lb. maximum towing capacity5. While you’re pulling a trailer of sports equipment to Wicker Memorial Park or a load of mulch, you can count on the standard 9-speed automatic transmission to provide seamless and less-noticeable gear changes. “ Our salesman, Isaias, was great! He was helpful and not pushy. He worked with us to get the car we wanted for a decent price. The finance guy was also helpful and friendly. I recommend this place if you want a new Nissan with excellent customer service. ”
“ Although I am ended up not not purchasing a vehicle today if the right deal comes along I will go to this dealership. I purchase/lease vehicle a lot and I normally do a 150 mile radius search but prefer To buy local everyone want to play the come into dealership game. Just to waste both of our time even tho I’m not coming until I get numbers. But Mike Wrona from the jump didn’t play no game didn’t add dumb dealer add on/markups just gave me his price and it might mean nothing to him but it mean a lot to me as someone who buy a lot of cars and i normally don’t leave review But not once did he try to get me in the dealership to waste either one of our time!!! I purchased from you all before and if the right deal comes along I will again thank you!!! Very few know how to do business like you!!!! ”
“ Truly the best! Thank you! ”
“ I went in to just LOOK at a couple of cars. Carolyn was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and a pleasure to work with. Bought a Nissan Play SV and I just love it!!!! Thank you for making this decision and transaction an easy one!!!!! ”
“ We found good inventory of vehicles and the salesperson Kyle G. was so warm and pleasant and made the experience good. ”
“ Isaias was wonderful to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured or tried to speed up the sale. It was a great experience! ”
“ I recently purchased my vehicle from Napelton Nissan, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy — a refreshing change from other places I’ve visited. My salesperson, Rich, took the time to answer all my questions, helped me compare options, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. The financing team also worked hard to find me a great rate that fit my budget. The vehicle was in perfect condition upon delivery, and they even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction long after the sale. Highly recommend Napleton Nissan, if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience! Mike the general manager is also phenomenal. ”
“ Carolyn was great to work with! She is very professional and truly takes the time to listen to her customers. We were "just looking" and ended up with such a positive dealer experience that we ended up purchasing from them. She is truly an asset to Napleton Nissan! ”

“ The final review for this transmission repair is A+. It took a while for them to get the parts, but in the end I have had the car back now for a month or so and it runs phenomenal. I trust it 100%. ”
“ Yesterday my wife and I bought a vehicle today from Isaias Barajas and i just wanted to say he was great!!! The overall process was easy and I was treated fair and drove away happy. Great sales team! ”
“ This is a Absolutely Great place for your automobile buying experience. The Entire staff from Sales, Service ,Customer Service, and Managerial services are Exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ”
“ We worked with Carolyn and she was really pleasant to work with and the best sales person we've encountered over the last few months. ”
“ Some of their services guys does not communicate well. ”
“ For the record I have brought my car here for repair for the last 5 years because I trust them. Having an issue right now that is frustrating, hence the previous review. I will wait until its over & then finish a final recap here. ”
“ On 12-23-25 I took my car in for driver side tire work. The staff present was very nice. The problem is on XMas eve the next day while exiting the expressway with my son might I add the car started to make loud noises and further down the street my wheel they worked on came off my car while driving. I had the car towed back to the shop and originally they said they would fix it but then a GUY GRABIEC called me and said they will not fix it and that he thinks maybe somebody tried to steal the tire and left it loose on the car. Mind you this is Xmas eve and the heartlessness in his tone was surprising. Do not support a place like this the people that actually do work are nice but management is totally different and does not care about you the consumer ”
“ My 2023 Nissan Frontier was having battery issues, key fob issues, and had a check engine light. The battery was completely dead when I went to start it one morning, so I charged it to 100%, drove it 2 more days and it completely discharged again and the engine light went on. Never had this issue in the prior 2.5 years of ownership and was just going to replace the battery myself prior to the engine light. Took it in to Napleton's service department since it was under warranty (2.5 years old, 18500 miles). No one called me after a day for an update, so I reached out. They told me nothing was wrong with it, the battery was good and said it was normal for the battery to discharged after 2 days since AGM batteries discharge faster. I've used AGM batteries in other cars, that's not normal unless a battery is going bad. To be fair, they cleared the check engine light and the key fob issues is probably releated to the battery, but the rest doesn't inspire much confidence in the Napleton service department or the Nissan Frontier when it comes to the electrical systems. Now I get to live with the anxiety of waiting for this unresolved issue to surface again and leave me stranded. ”
“ Poor communication and accountability with warranty cancellation Back in July, I discovered that the dealership had set up my extended warranty under the wrong VIN, which started this entire issue. After the dealership failed to take the proper steps to correct it, I decided to cancel the warranty altogether. I was told the cancellation process would take 45–60 days, but no one could clearly explain who would issue the refund. I was later informed that the service had been canceled, yet when I contacted the third-party Service Payment Plan, they confirmed the plan is still active. I’ve been dealing with Dan in Finance, who repeatedly says he’ll follow up by a certain date or time but never does. It’s been nothing but excuses and delays, and months later, this still isn’t resolved. This situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Buyers deserve better transparency, communication, and accountability from the finance department, especially when it comes to warranty issues and refunds. Update as of today, October 27th, we've reached 60 days and still fighting the dealership to resolve my issue. The dealership now claims the individual who signs checks was out last week and should be back tomorrow. It's unfortunate that a business has a single point to handle their affairs. Update Oct 30. No refund check yet. ”
“ I purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV4 recently and had a terrible experience with Napleton Nissan in Schererville. The morning after my purchase I noticed a shudder while driving. I took the vehicle to an independent mechanic, who found a cut in the left-rear tire that made the car unsafe to drive (see photos). When I contacted the dealership they offered only to replace the tire, refused to cancel the sale, and dismissed my concerns about the drivability issue. I would caution anyone considering buying from this dealership to be careful who they do business with. This was an unsafe condition missed at sale and I do not recommend doing business with them based on my experience. Edit: In response to the owner’s comment, I did take the vehicle to Firestone for a pre-purchase inspection, and while they unfortunately missed the cut in the tire, the responsibility ultimately falls on the selling dealership not to deliver a car with an unsafe tire in the first place. Trying to shift that responsibility onto me doesn’t change that fact. More importantly, my primary concern from the beginning has been the shuddering/drivability issue that appeared immediately after purchase. That issue was dismissed when I raised it, and it continues to go unacknowledged in your response. The only reason the tire issue was even discovered was because I was already investigating the shudder — otherwise I would have unknowingly been driving on a dangerous tire. I also clearly noted in my review that you offered to replace the tire, so the claim that I “left out details” is inaccurate. My request for a refund was because I no longer have trust in either the dealership or the vehicle I was sold. My experience remains unresolved, and based on your “friendly” response I don’t see it being resolved by your dealership. This only reinforces why I left the review in the first place. If I could give zero stars, I would. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with Napleton Nissan in Schererville. FINAL EDIT: ‘Agree to disagree’ doesn’t change the fact that I purchased a vehicle from your dealership with a cut tire on the sidewall — something that should have been caught by your inspection before selling the car. Pointing out that I also had it looked at elsewhere doesn’t erase your responsibility as the seller to deliver a safe vehicle. You’re just trying to absolve yourself from any responsibility. You say you’re not dismissing my concerns, but your actions show otherwise. You originally offered to replace the tire, and when I agreed to accept that later, after I realized you wouldn’t work with me on the refund, you refused and said you’d only deal through the Attorney General. That’s not good faith — that’s stalling. If you truly believed this was just an “as-is” issue, you wouldn’t have made the tire offer in the first place. And focusing only on that while ignoring the shudder/drivability concern is exactly why I lost all trust in your dealership. I also raised a concern about a shudder that appeared the very next day, which has been repeatedly ignored in your replies. That concern is valid and unrelated to the tire issue. You have yet to reach out after my review, and your responses here make it clear to future customers how you handle complaints. I stand by my review and will not keep going back and forth with you. If you’re reading this review think twice before working with them!! ”
“ Took my Nissan rogue 2023 for service, plus oil and tires rotation, less than 3 weeks later I’m driving in the city my tie rod broke, took it to a local mechanic, a couple of tire nuts missing and some loosened, it could have been much worst, call the dealer, they made all type of excuses and reasons… as to why !! When the other mechanic was telling them, couple of nuts missing and some loose !! At the end i ended up taken it to another dealer and I will be filling a small claim… be very careful taken your vehicle to this dealer. ”
“ They Raised the Price by $9,000 and Kept My Deposit I want to warn everyone about the dishonest and misleading practices at this dealership. I went in to buy a vehicle that was listed at $39,500. I negotiated with the salesperson and we agreed on $38,000. I left a $500 deposit and planned to put $10,000 down. They also promised to bring me the same vehicle in the color I wanted at the same price. When I returned to sign the papers, I discovered they had inflated the price to $47,000 without telling me. The contract showed that I was financing $38,000, but my $10,000 down payment was not accounted for. This was a trick to make me pay far more than what we agreed on. When I questioned it, a so-called supervisor came out and treated us with complete disrespect. He told us we were wasting his employees’ time, refused to return my $500 deposit, and basically kicked us out. It was humiliating and unprofessional. 👉 This dealership tried to scam me with false pricing, wasted my time and money, and treated me with arrogance and contempt. I do not recommend anyone buy here. Be very careful: what they tell you verbally is not what they put in writing. ”

“ Yall wanted it but we bought it. 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum review. Dealer: Napleton Nissan Represenative: Mike Williams. APR: Below average for our credit bracket! How did we hear if Napleton: FB ads I had been looking at the platinums for some time. Anyone whos in the market knows that they arnt plentiful in our area much worse is trying to find the right interior and exterior color. When I saw the ad there were only a few views. It had exactly what we were looking for. I phoned over to the dealership to confirm it was infact there. The hard part? To convince my wife a new car was worth today's "new car" payments. Lets be honest the market isnt what it use to be. Pulling up to the dealership we arrived pretty late. We were greeted by Mike Williams who walked out into negative temperatures to come greet us. He was kind and courteous and gave a very welcoming feel. Mike cut right to the point. Why were we here? I told Mike we were there for one car. The platinum pathfinder. Lucky for us it was sitting on the show room floor. Mike allowed us the opportunity to look through the vehicle while he pulled up the documents. Now here's the thing. We had a car with only 60k miles. We didnt NEED to buy a car. We just grew our family last year and were missing the luxury of space. Because of this we werent hardpressed to buy. Most salesman would change tactics and often "push" you out. Mike never wavered. He remained his same welcoming self and treated us as if we walked in with 100k and set it on his desk. We were absolutely his priority despite the immediate need to buy. Mike set us up with a test ride (in another model as to not add miles to the platinum of course and move it in and out of the show room) we got back and we talked numbers. So here's the good. Mike got straight to the point. None of the sales tricks. He gave a print out with the price and said this is the price. We ran credit and crunched numbers and when they came back we got hit with the "new car payment" we expected this but convincing my wife was the hard part. Mike must of seen our reaction and quickly addressed the price. He got straight to the point "what price are you looking at to get it out the door" we gave him our price and he went to speak to the manager. He came back with the numbers including an offer for our current vehicle. We eneded up reaching a point where I realized the ask their price was lower than the value with the trade so I threw the crazy idea of backing up the offers to wager our car back. Mike looked it over saw what I saw and made the ask. Quick easy and final offer was on the table. End of the day we walked in late (it was almost closing time) we stayed til an hour and half past closing and walked out with a brand new B E A UTIFUL pathfinder annnnd our rogue we drove in with. But it didnt end there. Mike brought us back after a couple days to go through the vehicle and discuss all its options etc things we didnt really get to do because of the late night arrival (our fault) and every time we pull up to the dealership they never hesitate when we ask for a wash. I dont know if Napleton lost on the sale or if they won big honestly I couldnt care because we love the car. But what Napleton definitely won was 2 customers who will be calling for Mike anytime we think of another vehicle( let us pay this one down first ) 🤣 The Bad: New cars and use car market is high. So the prices are steeper than we were hoping for. But thats honestly just where the market is currently. Conclusion: We love our car and were happy to have Joined the Napleton Family. Would seriously recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to atleast stop in and give them a look and if my man Mike Williams is there ask for him he will seriously make you feel comfortable and at home! ”
